What is Rexas Finance?
Rexas Finance claims to be a blockchain project that aims to deliver real-world asset tokenization solutions.
The project held a $RXS token presale that started in early September and claimed to have raised nearly $38 million (Rp. 589 billion). This presale was carried out via the independent launchpad on their official website.
At first glance, the name "Rexas Finance" sounds like a well-established traditional financial company. However, upon closer investigation, a number of irregularities emerged that made this project worthy of further scrutiny.

Exploring Rexas Finance Whitepaper
The Rexas Finance whitepaper has 48 pages discussing the company's vision, market opportunities, and blockchain-based solutions.
However, many parts of this document appear to be the result of generations of AI, without clear technical details regarding their product implementation.
Announced Products
Some of the products mentioned in the whitepaper include:
- Rexas Token Builder: Platform for creating tokenized assets.
- Rexas QuickMint Bot: Bot to manage token creation via Telegram and Discord.
- Rexas GenAI: A tool for automatically creating NFT artwork.
- Rexas AI Shield: Security solutions to increase the reliability of smart contracts.
- DeFi Products Select Rexas Treasury on Rexas Launchpad.
Although this list sounds interesting, unfortunately the whitepaper does not explain in detail how this technology will be realized. The absence of a clear technical roadmap raises doubts about the seriousness of the project.
Rexas Finance Full of puzzles
Rexas Finance uses a domain registered since 2014, which at first glance gives the impression of high credibility.
However, based on ICANN records and web archives, this domain was sold in May 2024, then purchased and marked as "under construction" in August 2024. The Rexas Finance marketing campaign only started in September 2024.
While using an old domain is not illegal, it can be a strategy to create the impression that the project has been around for a long time, when in fact it was just created.

Cert Audit for Rexas Finance
Rexas Finance claims to have been audited by Certik, which is a well-known blockchain security company. However, the audit only covered basic ERC-20 token smart contracts, without assessing the security aspects of the project's core product.
Furthermore, although the project claims to be "100% Secure & Verified by Certik," in reality Certik's audit discovered two significant centralization issues that have not yet been fixed.
Security scores are given for smart contracts only 72/100, while the project as a whole gets a grade 53/100. Far from claiming "100% safe."
Transparency of Rexas Finance Team
One of the biggest red flags with Rexas Finance is the lack of transparency regarding the development team. As of now, there is no information about who is behind this project.
Additionally, there is no KYC (Know Your Customer) process carried out through trusted verification services.
In legitimate crypto projects, information regarding the development team is usually publicly available to build investor confidence. However, Rexas Finance apparently chose to remain anonymous, which certainly raises big questions.

In recent months, Rexas Finance has flooded the internet with hundreds of sponsored articles and press releases.
